Vintage Double Strand Amethyst Necklace A double strand necklace made from tumbled polished amethyst stones. The strands are of pretty much equal length giving great impact visually. The beads are strung together closely and they are finished with a Sterling silver lobster fastener. The fastener is marked 925 for silver and also bears a maker's mark A which is in a triangle logo and 'IL'. The stones vary in size, averaging about 12mm in length. Measurements (Approx) Length : 89 cms (35") Stones : Amethyst Material : Silver Fastener Weight: 238 grams Condition: Natural flaws in the amethyst stones. There does appear to be two stones with damage to the ends which I have tried to show in the images. Due to the design of the necklace these are not really visible whilst wearing. Code: A678
