Vintage limited edition porcelain bird vase from the Oiseaux Chanteurs de l’Europe – Songbirds of Europe collection by Porcelaine Franklin de Paris. Dating from 1981, this attractive small pedestal vase is decorated with beautifully detailed European songbirds perched amongst pine branches and cones. Finished with rich gold-coloured gilding around the flared rim, pedestal base and lower body. The underside is clearly marked: Oiseaux Chanteurs de l’Europe Edition Limitée © 1981 Porcelaine Franklin de Paris Approximately 13 cm tall. Condition: Very good vintage condition. The porcelain, bird decoration and gilding present very well. I can see no obvious chips, cracks or repairs. There may be very minor age-related marks consistent with a vintage display piece.
