RARE FIND - Red Vintage women's 501s made in the USA in the mid 90s. The photos show the care label stating the factory number (544 which is USA) and date of production (09/96). These are the real deal because I bought them from a Levi's store in New York in early 1997. They have hardly been worn and are in excellent condition. Particularly as they are 29 years old! W33 L32 It's widely known that older Levi's are of superior quality to the ones made now. The material is thick and all the rivets and buttons are securely attached. No sign of any damage of wear on these. These were not made with any kind of elastane back then, they are 100% cotton. The 33" waist was impossible to get in the UK at the time.
