Good condition, washed ready to go. Not from a pet free home so some dog hairs remain. This is machine washable, it is super soft and quite heavy for a runner but it is a good quality one. It has about a 2 inch long strip of "damage" the edging has some how come away from the main carpet if you have a sewing kit it will take 2 minutes to fix. This is of course reflected in the price
