Has been used so please don't expect brand new. Does show signs of use. I am a mum, I carry lots of things for my children I'm my bags, so the lining does have some marks. Please have a look at all the photos, it's a lovely little bag, really smart looking and goes with most outfits, apart from some grubby marks on the lining it's in really good condition
