Nice black raincoat by Norwegian company SOS Jensen. With zipped pockets and rolled neck which has a rolled up hood concealed inside (Velcro opens the collar). In size S which is best to fit a size 8/10 as the arms are quite slim fitting. It does have some topstitching missing in places - see last few pics, but this is purely decorative and doesn’t affect its use, and the fabric is not loose or detached as a result.
