The Classic Jersey is the piece Rapha built its reputation on — a merino-blend everyday jersey cut for riding rather than racing, and comfortable enough to keep wearing at the café afterwards. The wool content regulates temperature across a wide range and resists odour far better than pure synthetics, while the polyester in the blend keeps it hard-wearing and quick to dry. This is the earlier generation, with a higher 39% merino content than the Classic Jersey II that replaced it.
